| Commercial Refrigeration Installations We can cater for the refrigeration requirements of corner shops with cooling requirements of less than 10kW right through to designing, installing and commissioning large scale projects which may require total cooling capacities exceeding 300kW. We offer clients the choice of large scale compressor packs fitted with;
| On large scale commercial refrigeration installations, as with smaller systems, we carry out full control and monitoring solutions. As part of this we offer a full 24hour 365(6) day service backup. Contact our service and maintenance department for more details. We offer peripheral components as options to improve the COP of systems and to give clients the very best in return for investment. Components such as Plate Heat Exchangers to recover waste heat and in turn provide ‘free’ heating to heat hot water supply systems can be incorporated. We can fit variable speed controls to condenser fans to enable optimum head pressure control and also to reduce electrical energy consumption. Other devices such as electronic expansion valves, EC fan motors and smart controls can be utilised to improve overall performance. | To improve the longevity of the plant we can offer vinyl coated condenser coils/fins, fully weathered/housed pack equipment with galvanised components, IP rated electrical controls and powder coated finishes. To improve on noise emission/transmission we can fit acoustical cladding to the interior of the packs, lagging jackets to compressors, anti-vibration mounts, variable frequency fans (EC Fans) and compressor rubber mounts. Whatever the project size all of our condensing units and pack equipment offerings are fully compliant with the very latest environmental and conform fully with all relevant safety regulations. These include the current F-Gas regulations, Montreal Protocol, and also the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 1997 [or referred to the PER - Pressure Equipment regulations 1999 (Ireland) - S.I. No. 400 of 1999.] |
